What is your cancellation policy?

Center+ members can pause or cancel any time.

If you wish to make any account changes (such as pausing, fast-forwarding your subscription, or cancelling) please contact Patient Support 24-48 business hours prior to your next billing/shipping date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests that occur after your order has been billed.
