What is a CGM?

Can I shower with Center CGM?

Yes, you can shower, swim, and pursue all of your normal activities with Center CGM.

How long do CGM sensors last?

Each sensor lasts 14 days, so for every month of Center Health you're a member you'll receive 2 CGM sensors.

Do I have to have diabetes to use Center CGM?

Nope! Center CGM is for anyone who wants to learn more about how their glucose levels work.

Do I need a prescription to join Center CGM?

Center CGM will take care of the prescription process for you, so you don't need one in order to sign up.

Once you sign up for Center, a doctor licensed in your state will review your information and write your CGM prescription if you are eligible. Then, within a few days your CGM will arrive in the mail, so there's no need to visit a pharmacy.

If you are not eligible for a CGM prescription, we will issue a 100% refund.

Is my data safe with Center CGM?

Yes. We take our patients' data privacy and security very seriously.

We're firm believers that you own your data. We don't sell any of our patients' data to anyone. All of our systems are HIPAA compliant, and all patient data is encrypted within our systems to ensure the highest levels of privacy and security are maintained.

You own your data, and can request its deletion at any time. Plain and simple.

What is your cancellation policy?

Center Health members can cancel or pause their memberships any time.

Before you resort to cancelling your account, we'd love to hear what you're struggling with. If you would like to chat or cancel your subscription, please get in touch with our Patient Support team via email at yourfriends@center.health or through the chat icon in the upper right corner of the app.

Note, if you are on a discounted commitment plan and are cancelling a subscription early, you'll just have to pay the difference between the discounted commitment price and the normal month-to-month price.

Can I use my FSA or HSA card to pay for Center CGM?

Yes! You are welcome to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for Center Health.

What phones is Center CGM compatible with?

Center CGM works for both iOS and Android.

For iOS, you'll need to have an iPhone 6 or newer, or be running iOS 11 or later.

For Android, you'll need to be running OS 5.0 or later and have an NFC enabled phone. For example, if you can pay using your mobile phone's contactless payment feature, you have NFC.
