Each sensor lasts 14 days, so for every month of Center Health you're a member you'll receive 2 CGM sensors.

Nope! Center CGM will take care of the prescription process for you, so you don't need one in order to sign up.

Once you sign up for Center, a doctor licensed in your state will review your information and write your CGM prescription if you are eligible. Then, within a few days your CGM will arrive in the mail, so there's no need to visit a pharmacy.

If you are not eligible for a CGM prescription, we will issue a 100% refund.

Yes. We take our patients' data privacy and security very seriously.

We're firm believers that you own your data. We don't sell any of our patients' data to anyone. All of our systems are HIPAA compliant, and all patient data is encrypted within our systems to ensure the highest levels of privacy and security are maintained.

You own your data, and can request its deletion at any time. Plain and simple.

Center Health members can cancel or pause their memberships any time.

Before you resort to cancelling your account, we'd love to hear what you're struggling with. Once charges have been processed, Center CGM subscriptions are non-refundable. We cannot accept CGM returns due to FDA regulations, and the prescribed device cannot be redistributed.

If you wish to make any account changes (such as pausing, fast-forwarding your subscription, or cancelling) please contact Patient Support 24-48 business hours prior to your next billing/shipping date. Refunds unfortunately cannot be issued for cancellation requests that occur after your order has been billed and automatically shipped.

Yes! You are welcome to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for Center Health.

Center CGM works for both iOS and Android.

For iOS, you'll need to have an iPhone 6 or newer, or be running iOS 11 or later.

For Android, you'll need to be running OS 5.0 or later and have an NFC enabled phone. For example, if you can pay using your mobile phone's contactless payment feature, you have NFC.

Yes, you can shower, swim, and pursue all of your normal activities with Center CGM.
